Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover your use of the 72-Hour Founder Sprint and related programs run by WiredToLaunch ("WTL", "we", "us"). By registering, you agree to them. We've kept this as short and direct as we reasonably could.

1. What the sprint is

The 72-Hour Founder Sprint is a free, time-boxed program that runs from Friday to Monday, designed to help founders move from idea to first execution. It includes daily tasks, an optional AI tool upgrade (Sprint Copilot), and a prize pool for top-performing teams (triads).

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when you register. You're responsible for keeping your WhatsApp number and email reachable, since that's how we communicate program updates.

3. The free tier and the paid upgrade

Joining the sprint itself is always free. We offer an optional paid upgrade, Sprint Copilot, priced separately and shown at the time of registration. If you choose it, payment is processed by our third-party partner, Cosmofeed/SuperProfile, under their own terms and refund policy, not ours. We don't handle or store your payment details.

4. Triads and the prize pool

Where possible, participants are grouped into small teams ("triads") based on your stated chronotype. The prize pool amount and structure are announced at the start of each cohort and are awarded at our discretion based on the program's own scoring rules. Participation does not guarantee a prize.

5. WhatsApp communication

By registering, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from us related to the program, reminders, your progress, and results. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out may limit our ability to keep you updated during an active cohort.

6. Your ideas and content

Anything you create, brainstorm, or submit during the sprint (your business idea, copy, pricing, outreach materials) remains yours. We don't claim ownership over it. We may ask, separately and with your permission, to share success stories or testimonials publicly, but we won't do that without asking first.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't use the program to harass other participants, submit false information, or attempt to abuse the referral or scoring system. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program who does.

8. No guarantees

The sprint is a structured framework to help you move faster on your own idea. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or result from participating. Sprint Copilot's AI-generated output (copy, pricing suggestions, outreach scripts) is a starting point for you to review and adapt, not professional legal, financial, or business advice.

9. Changes and cancellations

We may adjust program dates, format, or the prize structure between cohorts. If we cancel a cohort you've registered for, we'll let you know and, if you paid for Sprint Copilot for that cohort, work with our payment partner on a resolution.

10. Limitation of liability

WTL provides this program as is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update this page. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept the update.
